If you are unable to login, please do not worry. In most cases, the issue can be resolved by following the steps below.

1. Which Login Option Should You Use?

🟢 Option 1: Sign in with Google

Use Sign in with Google if the email ID registered by your School/College is:

• Your Gmail ID, or
• Your Google Workspace / School Google email ID

Click Sign in with Google and select the same Google account/email ID that is registered with your School/College.

Important: If you select a different Gmail account that is not registered with the School/College, you will not be able to login.

🔵 Option 2: Sign in using User ID & Password

For this option:

User ID = Your registered School/College email ID

Password = Your EduCloud School/College Portal password

Important: Your Gmail/Google password is NOT your EduCloud portal password.

Please do not enter your Gmail/Google password in the Password field.

If you have never created your portal password, or you have forgotten it:

• Click Forgot Password
• Enter your registered email ID
• Follow the instructions to create a new password
• Then login using your email ID and the new password

🆕 First-Time Login?

If you are logging in for the first time, you have two easy options:

Option A - Sign in with Google

If your School/College registered email is a Google/Gmail account, simply use Sign in with Google.

OR

Option B - Create a Password

Click Forgot Password and create your own password for the School/College portal.

After creating the password:

User ID: Your registered email ID
Password: The new password you created

❗ Still Unable to Login?

Please check these three things:

1. Is your email ID registered with the School/College?
If your email ID is not registered in the School/College database, you will not be able to login.

2. Are you using the same registered email ID?
Make sure you are not using another Gmail or personal email account.

3. Are you using the correct password?
For User ID & Password login, use the password you created through Forgot Password.
Do not use your Gmail/Google password.
